Spring 2018 Social Justice Supper Club
Join a three-part dinner and discussion series for USF faculty!
The commitment to social justice is central to the Jesuit mission of USF. What does this mean? What does it look like in practice? The Social Justice Supper Club offers faculty an informal opportunity to exchange ideas and concrete practices for integrating social justice into our teaching.
Sponsored by the Tracy Seeley Center for Teaching Excellence, Lane Center for Catholic Studies and Social Thought, and University Council for Jesuit Mission, this Supper Club invites members of all backgrounds to help create a space to reflect, learn, struggle and grow together and as individuals. As the name suggests, dinner will be provided. We’ll meet from 5 to 7 p.m. on three Tuesday evenings: Feb. 20, March 20, April 24.
If you’re interested in joining us for these conversations, please apply by February 5th by clicking the button below and offering an initial reflection on what social justice means to you.
