Video Contest: Engaging International Students

Video Contest: Engaging International Students

Open to all current USF faculty, staff and students!

Use your creativity, video and storytelling skills to help us bring our Top 10 Lists to life in a 2-minute video!

The Practical Strategies for Working with International Students Faculty Learning Community spent the year coming up with two lists of best practices for faculty and international students at USF.

  • Our Top 10 for Faculty encourages professors to share and try new techniques to engage international students in the classroom.
  • Our Top 10 for Students provides international students with useful tips for achieving success in the classroom.

Now we need your help creating 2-3 minute videos that express these ideas in a dynamic visual format. Any item listed on one of our top ten lists may be considered for subject matter. We hope this will inspire faculty and students to apply these suggestions to their teaching and learning at USF.

Enter your video by Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at 11:59 p.m.

Prizes will be awarded to three faculty or staff entries and three student entries.
